Dear Gautam:
I’d appreciate a journal or newspaper source for your news about outsourcing Canadian CT scans. How is the Canadian government going to handle the malpractice insurance of the Indian radiologists? Seems like the Canadian government thinks it can just blow away its liability - but it will be liable if it contracts with underinsured foreign radiologists. The American College of Radiology will supply expert witnesses in this matter as needed - should you hear of any injured patients.
Thanks for alerting us Americans to this development.
Yours sincerely,
